- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
Delays caused by incomplete information or restricted access may result in schedule changes or additional costs.
4. Payments
- Payment schedules will be outlined in the written agreement.
- Late or unpaid balances may result in work stoppage.
5. Changes to Scope
Any changes requested after work has begun must be approved in writing and may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.
6. Warranties
Shabo Construction Inc. provides workmanship warranties as outlined in the project agreement. Manufacturer warranties for materials, fixtures, or appliances are provided directly by the manufacturer and are not controlled by us.
